Not all furniture damage is the same.
If we feel our repair will not last, we do not attempt the repair and will explain to our customers why we believe this. We only accept payment for repairs that Sofa-Tech can trust.
· All of our work (excluding recolouring) is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. Any claims after this time will be subject to further charge.
· Leather work and recolouring is subject to shade variation, genuine leather hide can vary from samples chosen due to the pigmentation in the hide and is out of our control. Sofa-Tech will endeavour to try our best and provide assurance that we and the customers are happy.
· Any deposit paid upfront for bespoke items are non refundable should you choose not to proceed.
· We reserve the right to retain items upon refusal of full payment for completed work.
