The £65 call-out charge applies only when we cannot assess the potential job from clear photos or an adequate description provided through our contact form, email, phone or another messaging platform. Any call-out charge will be discussed and agreed before a visit is booked and may be non-refundable once the visit has taken place, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits or completed work may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or services if these terms are breached, if misuse is detected, or if continuing a service is unsafe, impractical or unreasonable. Customers may cancel or rearrange services in accordance with the agreed appointment or project terms.
